Comprehensive Process

Private & Confidential

With task exchange homesharing two people share a home for mutual benefit, security, companionship, and household help. In lieu of rent, householders receive:

COMPANIONSHIP 

COMPANIONSHIP 

Homesharers stay a minimum of: 

  • Five overnights per week 

  • 49 weeks throughout the year
     

And offer regular companionship, a protective presence and security overnight.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT

10 hours of weekly household support from the homesharer based on your needs. Examples include:

  • Laundry 

  • Light Housekeeping


 

  • Meal Prep

  • Lawn Mowing

Our Task Exchange Homesharing Fees

Householders pay a small annual application fee, and the Homesharer pays a monthly service fee to HomeShare Alliance to be part of the program.
