If you are applying for a Task Exchange homeshare to assist a vulnerable person, do you have a recent VSC Vulnerable Sector Check (within last 6 months) or are you willing to apply for one?
Do you have a recent CRJMC Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (within last 12 months) or are you willing to apply for one?
Do you have a recent credit report (within last 6 months) or are you willing to apply for one?
In a separate email, (submit here) the following when you complete the online application:
1. Copy of government issued photo ID
2. Proof of income (statement / 3 paystubs)
3. Credit report
4. Police check
